I think that you are mistaken if you think that enabling SMB1. Windows 10 does not require SMB1. That is why it is disabled by default. In fact this is no longer supported and Microsoft strongly advocates not using SMB1 because it is very old and prone to hacking.

I would strongly suggest that you disable it again. All Windows systems from Vista forward use network discovery, not the old SMB1 sharing system which relied on the computer browser service.
